Entropie has been awarded a contract by GS Engineering & Construction for the supply of a desalination unit with a capacity of 4000 m3/day to be installed in the Salalah Methanol plant.

The scope of Entropie consists of the complete engineering, procurement and construction of the plant. The desalination unit is a Multiple Effect Distillation (MED) type fitted with a thermal vapour compressor.
