Entropie has been awarded a contract by Uhde-Thyssen Krupp, German based EPC contractor, for the supply of a desalination plant with a capacity of 7200 m3/day. The final destination of the plant is an Amonia and Urea complex in Arzew, Algeria.

The scope of Entropie consists in the engineering, fabrication and supply FOB of the plant. The desalination plant is a Multiple Effect Distillation (MED) type fitted with a thermal vapour compressor. It is composed of three units, each with a capacity of 2400m3/day.
