### Project Description :

The desalination plant (including MED-TVC desalination unit and boiler) will be installed close to Umm Bab, Qatar. Distillate water will be used for cement production and for drinking water (after potabilisation).

### Technical Description :

Entropie's scope includes sea water intake, brine reject, MED-TVC unit, boiler and ancillaries. The desalination unit and boiler will be delivered as skid mounted packages to reduce site works. The MED-TVC unit will be fitted with a thermal vapour compressor and 2 evaporation cells.
